Our Expertise
Lambda Physics SRL is a laboratory activity focused on multi-layer thin-film coatings. Most of the components listed here are results of our research runs or small batches prepared for specific optical projects.
We use a Leybold Heraeus PVD facility to develop these coatings, ranging from dielectric mirrors to various beam splitters, filters etc. This shop is our way of making laboratory-grade optics available to fellow enthusiasts, researchers, and those working on their own laser projects.

PVD Technology
We specialize in Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). This allows us to work with a wide range of dielectrics and metals to create hard, environmentally resistant coatings.
Capabilities include:
- Laser mirrors (Argon-Ion, DPSS, Dye lasers, He-Ne, Nd:YAG, Ruby, Ti:Sapphire)
- Broadband Anti-Reflection (AR) coatings (VIS, NIR, SWIR)
- Dichroic filters and beam splitters
- AR coated windows
- Custom spectral range from 300 nm to 2000 nm
